Media Conference (Mumbai)

The India Deaf Expo 2007 announced Ms.Raageshwari as the Brand Ambassador at a Media Conference held at the Hilton Towers (Oberoi), Mumbai on July 13th 2006.

Ms.Raageshwari, a well-known Actress, Model, VJ and Pop Singer will help Deaf Expo in communicating and creating more Awareness about Deaf and Hard of Hearing people in our community and the need for all of us to come together and support them.

Ms.Raageshwari speaking on the occasion said, "With Proper Quality Education, Provision of Accessible Devices and Support from community, Deaf can excel in all fields". She was supported by the Guest of Honor - Mr. Shreyas Talpade, an actor of the Hindi movie "Iqbal".

Ms. Priya Dutt, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha regretted that she was not able to attend the same. Her regret letter is here.
